The Company is not responsible for any losses or liabilities caused by delivery failures, delays, lost or damaged packages, packages seized by customs, theft, or other issues resulting from the negligence, mistakes, or illegal actions of the sender, recipient, Gold Star, or its agents (including but not limited to transport contractors and their agents). The Company is also not liable for any losses or liabilities caused by Gold Star's failure to ensure that the package is delivered intact and safely, or its failure to verify that the package and its contents are not prohibited or regulated items as per the sender's packaging or sealing.
4. When using this Service, you must provide the sender's and recipient's personal information, such as name, mobile phone number, and address, to complete the package delivery process. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use the Service. The Company is not responsible for any undelivered packages or losses caused by incomplete, incorrect, false, or unidentifiable information.
5. Before sending a package, you must confirm that the package and its contents are not prohibited or regulated items, and you must follow the relevant regulations of Gold Star. If you violate this provision, leading to undelivered packages or packages being seized by customs, and causing you any loss, the Company is not liable.
6. The Website reserves the right to suspend or modify any of the services at any time. Under any circumstances, the Website shall not be liable for any inconvenience, disruption, or damage caused by the suspension or modification of its services, whether to users or third parties.
7. The Website may cooperate with third-party organizations or entities to provide various content such as news, information, newsletters, and events for publication. When publishing such content, the Website will indicate the content provider.
